Psst, are you getting ready to send a daylight saving reminder?

November 2, 2016 crodgers

It’s that time of year again. That time when, for one magical night, we get to enjoy an extra hour of much-needed slumber. Sleep icon

I have yet to hear someone complain about turning the clocks back (what’s not to like about extra Zz’s and lighter mornings), but if you’re getting ready to send a daylight saving reminder, hold up a sec before you hit Send.

Your clients want to hear from you--there’s no denying that. The 2015 National Association of Realtors® Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers shows that 88% of buyers & 84% of sellers would recommend and use their agent again. The odds are in your favor, but there’s a fine line between keeping in touch and being, well, a bit spammy.

Joking aside, consider the goals of your follow-up to see if your daylight saving reminder fits the bill. You may find you’ll want to send something different this year.

The real beauty of the snapshot is it works with not only your current clients, but your past clients and sphere too. Don’t forget the secret recipe:
