So you’re armed with Market Snapshot and can’t wait to become the neighborhood expert. Let’s take a quick stroll down strategy lane so you can get the most out of this product, shall we?

Respond quickly to all leads--with the best content

Like it or not, we live in a world of instant gratification. Lead response time needs to be more than just fast--it needs to be almost immediate.* If you don’t respond in minutes, chances are, another agent will. And it’s not just the competition that makes lead response time so important--consumers expect it too.** The faster you respond, the more they feel you’re an expert.

Enough with the pressure already…

Okay, so canned responses turn them off. What will wow them? A professional, accurate and engaging snapshot of the area they’re interested in. Not only that, the minute a listing’s price changes or a new one comes on the market, an alert will be sent on your behalf. How’s that for instant gratification?
