Managing your online presence just got easier!

That’s why we’ve made it super easy to set up your free profile on®. And once you’ve done that, if you subscribe to Top Producer® Websites, generating a sleek new website that showcases your brand is as easy as flicking a switch!

Here’s how.

First up—get your free profile on®

With more consumers finding their agent on®, and believing that® was more helpful in selling their home than our leading competitors1, there’s no better time to get started.

And doing this couldn’t be easier. Just sign up for a free account and then you’ll be able to add all the details that tell the story of you and the value you offer. Your photo, bio and reviews & recommendations—you know the drill.

You’ll also get access to a complete dashboard where you can manage your profile PLUS access automated reports for sellers to demonstrate how their listing is performing on® and more!

And once you've set up your profile, let's create a website!

All you have to do is log in to Top Producer® Websites where the Website Wizard will be ready and waiting for you. (If it isn’t, just go to My Account > My Profile.)

From the wizard, click Import® Profile.

After you import your profile, here’s a list of the fields that will be updated on your Top Producer® Website:

  • Designations and Badges (can’t be entered in the Websites Control Panel)
  • Agent pictures
  • Hero image
  • Reviews and recommendations
  • Your listings on®
  • Bio
  • Years of service
  • Areas served
  • Agent License ID
  • Specialities
  • Social info (including a link to your® profile)
  • Professional title
  • Slogan

Note: After you’ve imported, only listings and reviews & recommendations are updated automatically. To update any of the other info, just import your profile again. 

And if you’re wondering about brand consistency across your® agent profile and your Top Producer® Website, don’t worry—each brand accent color that’s available in the® agent profile will automatically be matched to an appropriate theme in the Websites Control Panel. How easy is that?

Already have a® profile and a Top Producer Website®?

First off, you’re well on your way to nailing your online presence. Nice work. And if you want to update your Top Producer® Website will all the info from your® profile—including your shiny badges and designations—just import your profile as we outlined above and your website will be updated too!
