Market your listings with single property landing pages

May 14, 2019

You know that one of the best ways to market your listing is to create a stunning landing page that showcases the property, entices potential buyers and wows your sellers. After all, what better way to highlight the one-of-a-kind features that make a property truly special?

We couldn’t agree more! If you have a Top Producer® website, you can now create a single property landing page for your listings.

All it takes is a few minutes to create a stunning property landing page that you can share on social media and email & text the link to anyone that’s interested.

And thanks to your great feedback, the single property landing pages include:

 Integrated marketing

If you subscribe to Market Snapshot® reports, leads can sign up to receive a report on the property landing page. They’ll get neighborhood and market details, and since the report is fully branded to you, you’ll stay top of mind and provide value.

Open house info & ability to request a showing

Book more viewings with a form that allows consumers to request a time to see the property.

High-res photos & virtual tour links

These are a must as they're ranked among the top 5 most valuable website features.1

Ability to display flawlessly on any device

No matter the screen size, your property landing page looks great.

 CRM integration

Automatically send leads to Top Producer® CRM so you can follow up effectively.

 SEO optimization

Help leads find your property landing page when they search in Google by entering keywords and including them in your titles and descriptions.

 Advanced tracking features for Facebook

Each property landing page includes the Facebook pixel, which allows you to track visitors so you can advertise to them on Facebook later.

Single property landing pages sound great! How do I set them up?

Easy. Just 10 minutes is all it takes to create a landing page to showcase your latest listing.

1. Log in to Top Producer® Websites > click Edit Site at the top of the page > then click Manage Landing Pages.

2. Click the Add Landing Page button > then click Listing. In most cases, your listings will be pulled directly from your MLS.

3. Select the listing and then enter the details. Don’t forget to include high-res photos and a virtual tour link if you have them!

(If your listing doesn’t appear in the list, you can manually add it by clicking Listings at the top of the page > then clicking Add Listings.)
