It’s that time of year again. That time when, for one magical night, we get to enjoy an extra hour of much-needed slumber. 

But if you’re getting ready to send a daylight saving reminder, hold up a sec before you hit Send, While your contacts want to hear from you, there’s a fine line between keeping in touch and being, well, a bit spammy.
