We recently released an update that affects how your contacts’ email communication history is displayed in Top Producer® CRM. So if you’re currently using the Gmail record keeping feature, you’ll want to take two minutes to update your Gmail connection.
Why? Because the Gmail record keeping feature is no longer available and you’ll get better email integration by reconnecting your Gmail account through our new provider. Once you reconnect your account, you’ll see all of your email communication history in your clients’ records—not just the emails they’ve sent to you.
How do I know if I need to reconnect my account?
1. Just log in to Top Producer® CRM > and from the menu in the top right, click Settings > then click the Email tab.
2. If you don’t see your email address displayed below the email address field (as shown circled below), then you need to add your Gmail account. Just click Add Account and link your Gmail account.
That’s all there is to it! Once connected, a complete communication history will be displayed in your contacts’ records.
