You can now seamlessly manage your Office 365 contacts in Top Producer CRM! It takes about 2 seconds to set up—a click of a button sends all your Office 365 contacts to Top Producer CRM, and automatic updates ensure everything stays current. Ah, simplicity.
Not only that, but you can keep on top of all your appointments by adding your Top Producer CRM calendar to your Office 365 calendar! Just grab a link in Top Producer CRM and go.
So enough with the chit chat, let’s do this.
To set up the contact integration:

(Didn’t I say this was easy?)
To set up the Calendar Feed:
Go to the Settings area in Top Producer CRM > click the Integrations tab > click the Copy button in the Calendar Feed section.
Now you can paste the URL into your Office 365 calendar:
a. Open your calendar in Office 365.
b. On the Outlook navigation bar, click the App Launcher > then click Calendar.
c. Click Add calendar > From internet.
d. Paste the link you copied from Top Producer CRM (CTRL + V on Windows; CMD + V on a Mac).
