Visitors enter their name and contact info, and if you use Market Snapshot®, they’re automatically sent a report that includes hard-to-find info on the property and surrounding area.
Last but not least, their info is sent to Top Producer® CRM so they don’t fall through the cracks and you can turn them into clients.
Sounds great! How do I add the open house landing page to my website?
All it takes is a few clicks, but before you start, you need a Top Producer® website that’s linked to Top Producer® CRM and Market Snapshot®. (To check, log in to your Top Producer® website and go to My Account > Third-Party Integrations.)
Once you’ve confirmed that, you’re good to go:
1. Log in to your Top Producer® website > and then click Edit Site > Manage Landing Pages.
2. Click Add Landing Page at the bottom > and then click Open House.
3. Select your listing. (Spoiler alert: While you can only select your own listings right now, in a future update you’ll be able to select any listing from realtor.com®!)
