Top Producer CRM—it all begins with making it your own

Perhaps you bought Top Producer CRM because you know its intuitive and responsive intelligence will guide you through past client follow-up, lead gen and everything in between. Whether you purchased it on its own or with some of our other products, we couldn’t be happier to have you on board.

Before you hit the ground running with the 4 simple steps to success, take a few minutes to introduce yourself and enter your branding information. We’re happy to report it’s as simple as entering the info on your business card (oh, and we’ll need your MLS ID too).

Here’s a simple checklist of the info you’ll want to have handy and the key details to include. (To print it for your reference, just click the image below and then print from your browser.)

The first time you log in to Top Producer CRM, the Setup Wizard will be there to greet you. (And if it isn’t, just go to your name in the top right > My Account > click the 8i Setup tab > then Run the 8i Setup Wizard.)

In step 1, you just need to enter your picture, logo, contact info, website, etc. And when you’re done, click Next.

Next up, enter your MLS info. Click the MLS name to set it up > then enter your username and password > specify the default (if you have more than 1), and that’s it!

You can skip steps 3 & 4 of the wizard and do these another time. Just click Next > then click Done to complete the wizard.

Have Market Snapshot and Top Producer Websites too?

Awesome news—you can import the profile you just created into both programs! (See the checklist above for the additional info you’ll need.)

When you log in to Top Marketer, the Setup Wizard will be ready and waiting. In the Import account info from the section, click Top Producer.

And when you log in to Top Producer Websites, click Import Profile on step 1 of the Website Wizard.

(Psst, once you’re done the Website Wizard, you can add an IDX search to your site by going to Edit My Site > Manage My Pages > Add Main Page > IDX.)
