Email is the backbone of all business communications. Top Producer® users asked us for better tracking of emails inside their CRM. We took advantage of the recent closure of our email service provider to upgrade to Nylas.
What does this mean for you?
You will now see all of your email communication history in your clients’ records—not just the emails they’ve sent to you. So no more having to switch to another app to see your email communications with your clients. You can now manage the entire customer relationship without leaving Top Producer® CRM. (In the future, we will also be able to provide better insight into email opens, clicks and other valuable information.)
So when John, the anxious seller with an upcoming open house, calls to confirm he’s addressed everything you told him to, you can reassure him with ease. A couple of taps brings you to the checklist you emailed him last week, and as you run through the list together, John realizes he is, indeed, ready for this.
And the best part—it’s as easy as adding your email address to the Email Accounts tab in the Settings area. (Note: If your email account was previously connected to Top Producer® CRM, you will need to reconnect it.)
This feature makes it easy to integrate Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 and the rest into your application. If you're using a Microsoft email account, there are some key setup details you'll need to know. Check out this article for details.
